The license belongs to the distribution and version you install. The repository root license does not override package-specific grants. These facts are extracted from the pinned package metadata.

License choices

Apache-2.0 permits commercial use, modification, and redistribution subject to its conditions, including notices. It provides no warranty or trademark grant.

The AGPL branch permits use, modification, and redistribution under its terms. Distribution of covered works carries corresponding-source obligations; Section 13 additionally applies to remote network users of a modified program. A signed commercial agreement is the alternative grant for covered modules. A license reference alone is not a commercial grant.

Previously distributed Apache code retains its existing grants. Later versions of curvature, graph, partition, and struct use the dual tier; external consumers need their own dependency checks. Do not apply the new inventory retroactively to historical artifacts.
