Run the API regression examples
The reference connects APIs to examples from the source test suite. A displayed test function is an excerpt, not a standalone script: imports, decorators, parameterization, fixtures, and helper functions remain in its full file.
Reproduce the source environment
git clone https://github.com/derivon-ai/omnibias.git
cd omnibias
git checkout 9a2d73df0573bc3a907351022669684fa3d41ddc
uv sync --all-packages --group dev
Use the command shown below each reference example, prefixed with uv run. For example:
JAX_ENABLE_X64=1 uv run python -m pytest packages/omnibias-torch/tests/test_jet.py -q
Install the corresponding optional backend where a test requires one. A skipped backend test is not a verified result for that backend. Formal-kernel examples additionally require the documented Lean toolchain; a source link does not establish a successful proof run.
What the links establish
Static associations identify use of an API in test code. They help you locate realistic inputs, expected outputs, and rejection cases. Passing the documentation build does not execute Python, and a static association is not a test pass.
For complete standalone scripts, start with the learning examples. For numerical assumptions, read scope and guarantees.
